Conveniently placed near 24-hour restaurants and a convenience store. The hotel staff was accommodating and polite during check-in. The on-site hot spring was a relaxing treat and very spacious.
The hotel's location was a disadvantage being a bit of a distance from the town center. However, the hotel provided a shuttle service to and from the station, but public transportation in the area was not easily accessible for non-Japanese speaking visitors.

Great breakfast! A good variety of food for all tastes. the staff was really friendly and helpful, willing to assist in any way they could. The room was nice and clean, with an excellent common bath to relax in after a long day out. Plus, the free shuttle was also a great perk to have.
The location was a bit of a letdown, being further away from the town center than expected. However, the free shuttle service did help offset this issue a bit.
